Leadership coaching for an individual Dean or equivalent role in higher education.
All packages include Getting the Most Out of Coaching.
Work with a coach with deep experience in academia to achieve development goals, including:
- Identification of personal, professional, and organizational goals
- Assessment of personal, professional, and organizational challenges
- Problem-solving regarding specific situation, individuals, and relationships
- Skill and strategy development
All coaching hours in must be utilized within a year from purchase.
Session pacing and length to be determined in consultation with assigned coach.
Coach to be assigned by Kardia Group after enrollment unless specific alternate agreements have been made.
This series may involve asynchronous components, interaction and discussion with other participants, and interaction with professional development experts.
