Conflict is one of those dynamics that many of us find problematic: maybe it’s uncomfortable, and we do our best to avoid it; or maybe we use it like a weapon, but don’t actually like the results. The truth is, conflict is an unavoidable reality, and can in fact be a blessing.
If you know that working with conflict is a topic you’ll want to address within coaching, this bundle is for you. It adds 2 of our conflict-focused asynchronous courses to the coaching package:
- in My Approach to Conflict, featuring the Thomas-Kilmann conflict mode instrument, you’ll get insight into how you currently work with conflict, plus learn about a conflict-mode model to give you more choices
- in Navigating Conflict in Discussions, you’ll gain perspectives and insight related to taking conflict from a problem to a source of group productivity and innovation
In this way, you can get additional resources related to working with conflict that you can work with both on your own AND with your coach.
