Coaching packages that focus on mid-career faculty including: integrating the achievement of tenure, navigating the early years of being an Associate Professor, developing leadership skills and considering formal leadership roles, balancing scholarship and creative work with service and leadership, and aspiring to full professor and other career achievements.
Work with a coach with deep experience in academia to achieve development goals, including:
- Identification of personal, professional, and organizational goals
- Assessment of personal, professional, and organizational challenges
- Problem-solving regarding specific situation, individuals, and relationships
- Skill and strategy development
All coaching hours in a given series must be utilized within a year from purchase.
Session pacing and length to be determined in consultation with assigned coach.
Coach to be assigned by Kardia Group after enrollment unless specific alternate agreements have been made.
