Coaching for Senior Faculty
Format: Interactive
Time: 6-10 hours with a coach
Timing: Custom
Coaching packages that focus on senior faculty including: integrating the achievement of promotion, developing leadership skills and considering formal leadership roles, balancing scholarship and creative work with service and leadership, and questions of legacy, impact, and retirement.
Work with a coach with deep experience in academia to achieve development goals, including:
- Identification of personal, professional, and organizational goals
- Assessment of personal, professional, and organizational challenges
- Problem-solving regarding specific situation, individuals, and relationships
- Skill and strategy development
All coaching hours in a given series must be utilized within a year from purchase.
Session pacing and length to be determined in consultation with assigned coach.
Coach to be assigned by Kardia Group after enrollment unless specific alternate agreements have been made.
This series may involve asynchronous components, interaction and discussion with other participants, and interaction with professional development experts.
