Better Discussions, Better Decisions

Game Changer Academies® (GCA) is a collection of professional development programs designed to help participants develop an effective, integrated skill set for improving discussions and decision-making. GCA works with the following topics, both individually and as interconnected approaches:

  • Cultivating productive group discussions
  • Mitigating cognitive shortcuts
  • Engaging multiple perspectives
  • Approaching conflict constructively

Every day we make many decisions, both by ourselves and in collaboration with others. GCA changes the game by investing in the decision-making process. With diverse experiences and perspectives engaged in deliberations and problematic group dynamics effectively mitigated, the space and possibility for innovation grow.
