This example version of the Game Changer Academies professional development program is a 12-week, immersive, cohort-based program. The purpose of GCA is to provide comprehensive strategies for improving discussions and decision-making, aiming to:

2. Mitigate cognitive shortcuts
3. Engage multiple perspectives
4. Approach conflict constructively

This cohort-based version of the program features asynchronous content with live discussion groups to integrate and apply content.
