My Discussion Style

Format: Asynchronous
Time: 1 hour
*Self-Assessment Included*

How do you participate in group discussions? Do you jump in early or wait to be invited? Do you prefer small focused groups or larger free-ranging interactions? We each have our way. We may even wonder why everyone doesn’t do it that way.

This entry-level shortcourse focuses on a short reflection tool. Share your reflections in an optional discussion forum and learn about the choices and preferences of others.

“Group decision-making, and the study of groups in general, is simply much more complex than anything done by individuals in isolation.” Lindred Greer, Professor for Management and Organizations, University of Michigan
